MAYFAIR GREEN (MG) has been created by Mayfair Training to address the growing environmental challenges and global changes. MG is a product fully owned and maintained by Mayfair Training.

Mayfair Training has developed a unique provision focused on two main areas of interest:

1.    Sustainability and Environmental Management from a Business Perspective

2.    Technical Environmental Subjects

The main focus of the training is oriented to improving the engagement with all parts of sustainability: e.g. business performance, environmental responsibility and improvement, and social responsibility; for all stakeholders. 

MAYFAIR GREEN will facilitate the roll out of Certified Green Buildings programme to clients and, provide service and systems that will establish guidelines for all development projects, assisting them to achieve LEED Certification, under USGBC / EGBC Guidelines and / or certification.

The world is challenged by a changing climate, biodiversity loss, abject poverty and environmental degradation. Sustainable development is the only way we can make a difference.  MAYFAIR GREEN aims at promoting change towards sustainable development as a policy certification and research institution. Dedicated to effective communication of its findings, it will engage decision makers in the government, business, NGO’s and other sections in the development and implementation of policies that are simultaneously beneficial to the global economy, the global environment and the social well being.

Provision will enable guidelines, technical support and Green Certification within the reach of all interested parties that wish to progress on sustainable development projects in the region.

The Mayfair Green will address:

• Standardization and integration of Green Building requirements within Dubai World
•  Establishing Local “Energy Efficiency” Certification Norms & Guidelines
• Enable roll-out of Green Buildings or Energy efficient buildings 
• Improve Resource Conservation Awareness within stakeholders through frequent interactions

The agenda of achieving sustainable development is an agenda for change, therefore the challenge of achieving sustainable development means managing change on many fronts and many levels.
