1.            Sustainability and Environmental Management from a Business Perspective

To understand the interaction between business “permanence” (business performance), the environment (including conservation and the management of natural resources), and issues concerning the social side of sustainable development, you will need to develop a wide breadth of knowledge and the technical and people skills to do this.  The following courses are ideal to help you understand the breadth and detail required.  They focus on helping the environmental areas catch up with the economic and in-part the social agendas; thought the latter is still progressing in many businesses, for example the more recent engagement with Fair trade is still progressing.  These subjects are taught in combination with the fundamentals of business and management practice, setting your new awareness in a practical context.
